We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
UK orders
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 to all UK postcodes.
- Orders over £20: free shipping
- Orders up to £20: £3.69 shipping
Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and deliveries to the Highlands, islands and some remote areas may take longer.
European Union orders
EU orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
- Orders over £45: free shipping
- Orders up to £45: £13 shipping
Other international orders
Orders outside the UK and EU are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
- Orders over £55: free shipping
- Orders up to £55: £22 shipping
Import duties, taxes and customs charges
For international orders, any local import duties, taxes, customs fees or customs-clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs rules vary by country, so please contact your local customs office if you need an estimate before ordering. International parcels may be inspected by customs authorities.
