Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at yarntastic.art@gmail.com. Return details will be provided upon agreement on return. 

Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a returns number if return is accepted, which must be included with your returned items. You then have a further 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your returns number to return the items to us. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returned goods that are in an unused and saleable condition. When returning any items back to us, please pack them securely in appropriate packaging. If possible, include your original invoice or your name and address, including postcode.

Once your return has been processed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
