Returns Policy

At Yarntastic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a returns number, which must be included with your returned items. You then have a further 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your returns number to return the items to us. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returned goods that are in an unused and saleable condition. When returning any items back to us, please pack them securely in appropriate packaging. If possible, include your original invoice or your name and address, including postcode.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the goods arrive used, incomplete, or damaged, a reduction may be made to the refund offered. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Once your return has been processed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return.
